Shipping and Handling Fees:
Shipping and handling fees are based on the total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. These fees cannot be calculated until the order is prepared. We will notify you in case of any increase in shipping fees for your order before billing and shipping.
Group Shipments
Complete orders will be shipped together whenever possible.
Returns and Exchanges:
General
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the customer's original shipping date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and include all original instructions and packaging materials. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice with your return package.
Initial shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the initial charged amount, and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.
Incorrect Item
If you received the wrong item, no additional fees will be incurred. We will replace the items and cover any additional shipping costs.
Wrong Size
No exchange fees. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit the original size ordered. If the customer requests the same item in a different size, the customer will be responsible for paying all shipping and delivery fees.
Customer Order Error
Customer incorrect orders may be exchanged for any other item without paying restocking fees. However, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and handling fees. The replacement item must represent at least 75% of the value of the original item.

Please include a copy of the original purchase invoice with the detailed return/exchange instructions.

Pending Orders
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
Shipments expected more than 30 days after the order date
We will notify you via email and give you the option to cancel and receive a refund for your order.
Processing Pending Orders
Pending orders will be processed before new orders when the pending items become available.
